Browns add another guard, Akron native Jovahn Fair

The Browns signed guard Jovahn Fair on Monday, adding more depth after three guards opted out due to coronavirus concerns.

Guard Michael Dunn was signed Sunday. Drew Forbes, Colby Gossett and Malcolm Pridgeon opted out before the Thursday deadline.

To keep the roster at 80 players, the Browns waived cornerback Jameson Houston.

Fair (6-foot-2, 310 pounds) is an Akron native and went to Firestone High School. He started 42 games at Temple, went undrafted in April and signed with the Chiefs.
