BEREA — Cornerback Tyson Campbell returned to practice Friday, was limited by an ankle injury and listed as questionable for the game against the Buccaneers on Sunday in Tampa, Florida.
Campbell wasn’t on the injury report Wednesday, then didn’t practice Thursday. He did individual drills Friday during the half-hour open to reporters.
“He moved around well,” coach Todd Monken said. “We’ll have to see how it comes out of practice.”

He was asked if he was confident Campbell would play against Baker Mayfield and the Bucs.
“I’ll wait to comment on that after we get off the field, but I like what I saw, him moving around,” Monken said.
If Campbell doesn’t start opposite Pro Bowler Denzel Ward, nickelback Myles Harden could move outside, or Noah Igbinoghene or Mekhi Blackmon could fill in.
“No concerns, only solutions,” defensive backs coach/pass game specialist Brandon Lynch said before practice. “(Tyson) is doing great, great student. He looked extremely well in the walkthrough, communicated well. It’s great to see him out there.”
Harden struggled in the 34-10 opening loss to the Jaguars, including giving up a touchdown.
“Winners win. And being a great student, getting back to technique and fundamentals,” Lynch said. “And a lot of times through adversity, we want our guys to thrive through that.”
** Right guard Teven Jenkins (back) was ruled out for the second straight week. He didn’t practice this week.

MODEL TEAMMATE
Left guard Zion Johnson missed only one snap vs. the Jaguars after going down with a knee injury. He was a full participant all week in practice, always going first during drills.
“I’m not surprised,” line coach George Warhop said. “If you watch him practice, if you watch him work, he doesn’t waste a rep. Every rep is important to him. Being out there at practice is important to him. How he practices is important to him. I think he sets a standard for how we practice and we’re pushing everybody to practice to that level.”
TOUGH TASK
Johnson, center Elgton Jenkins and rookie right guard Austin Barber will face Buccaneers nose tackle Vita Vea, a two-time Pro Bowler.

“I was there when we drafted Vita. Vita, he’s an amazing dude,” Warhop said. “He’s an amazing person No. 1, as a guy, but he’s an amazing football player.
“We’re gonna have our hands full. He’s a big, physical dude and he’s playing a lot more now than he used to. His snap count in games is higher than it was when he was a younger player, so we’re going to have to deal with him a lot longer. So, get after him.”
EXTRA POINTS
Receiver Jimmy Horn Jr. was officially signed to the practice squad and joined the team for practice. Receiver Kole Wilson was released from the practice squad.
** For the Buccaneers, safety Miles Killebrew (concussion), receiver Jalen McMillan (knee) and cornerback Jacob Parrish (back) were listed as questionable. All were full participants Friday.
